Lucia founded her practice in 2013 with the vision of delivering world-class design expertise to local homeowners. Drawing on her extensive experience with renowned firms such as Grimshaw, HOK, and CFMøller, she has worked across diverse sectors and scales, both in the UK and internationally. Her leadership in managing projects and teams has honed her ability to devise creative, outside the box solutions to complex challenges.
Known for her hyper-creative and entrepreneurial mindset, Lucia thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. She approaches every project with positivity, honesty, and a practical outlook, believing the design process should be fun and collaborative. As a mother and a Londoner, she understands the unique needs of families and the importance of a home that is not only functional but also joyful and reflective of one's lifestyle.
Outside of architecture, Lucia enjoys exploring other creative outlets, including sewing and product design. Her passion for hands-on creativity influences her work and drives her continual pursuit of innovative solutions. Sustainability is a core value for Lucia, seamlessly integrated into her designs with a hands-on, practical approach.
Lucia is a licensed architect in the UK, Spain, and Peru, holding a Master’s degree from the prestigious Architectural Association. She is also an accredited retrofit advisor, ensuring her projects meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability.
