Initial Site Visit

During the initial site visit, we will discuss your goals for the property and your lifestyle. We will also examine the property's history and condition, the surrounding area, and any local planning rules or approvals you may need. By the end of the visit, we will explore potential development opportunities and establish your main priorities for the project.

Concept Design

You will get a clear sense of design possibilities and shape the direction of your project. We will refining various layouts to find the best fit for your needs. We will approach the project holistically, considering design ideas, constraints, materials, and style. This stage is crucial as it determines the feasibility of your project and provides an idea of cost and time before committing to a specific design and the significant expenditure of the construction phase.

Design Development / Planning

This stage serves to ensure the design meets the client’s spatial requirements. Here, we carry out design studies and costing exercises to test the design in line with the project brief. By the end of this stage, we will have coordinated all architectural and engineering information required for the planning process and submitted any required planning applications.

Tender

This stage is where we create the detailed architectural and engineering drawings, schedule of works, and specifications needed for tendering, submission to building control, and construction. This allows a contractor to quote for the job and produce a construction program.

Construction

In this stage, the designs developed so far are executed and brought to life on-site by the contractor. We advise on site logistics, track progress against the construction program, and address any issues as they come up. Additionally, this is when the interior design of the project is finalized. This is where we really begin to see the project take shape!
